SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT OF SALES

Debbie has developed an outstanding reputation and a wealth of experience over her 30+ year real estate career. Her knowledge of real estate is extensive. It enables her to mentor, motivate and educate her team of sales associates to reach their greatest potential.

Her career began in 1984 at her family's firm Doern Appraisals. In 1991 she became a Certified NYS Residential Real Estate Appraiser and her work included appraisal of single and multi-family dwellings, cooperatives, condominiums and commercial properties for a number of financial institutions, attorneys and individual clients. In 1996, Debbie decided to change real estate paths and became a licensed NYS Real Estate Salesperson and later becoming an Associate Broker in 2000. During nine years as a real estate agent, Debbie was a consistent top producer, and has received Silver, Gold and Platinum Awards from the Westchester County Board of Realtors.

Debbie became Branch Manager for a national real estate company's Larchmont office in April 2005, and her responsibilities were expanded to include the New Rochelle office in March 2006. In February of 2007 Houlihan Lawrence hired Debbie as the Manager of their Rye/Harrison office. From November  2011 - January 2019, she was the Brokerage Manager of the Larchmont office.

In 2019, Debbie was asked to join the Corporate Office. She is an asset to the managers overall and leads our sales force in the role of Senior Vice President of Sales.
